Use your tenant number instead

If your Social Security Number did not match, use the tenant number your housing agency prints on your recertification and appointment letters. We will send an activation link to the email address and phone number the agency already has for your household.

Tenant number (required)

Printed at the top of your recertification or appointment letter, opposite the date. It may look like t0127141 or 185455 - enter it exactly as printed.

Last name on the letter (required)
